Content Marketing & Design Intern
We are looking for an ambitious and thoughtful individual who wants to immerse themselves in the startup ecosystem and create great content for our venture capital fund and the founders we invest in. Our Summer Internship
Running the marketing campaign and design of the 2019 Boston Founders’ Short List, a popular crowd-sourced startup resource guide that’s designed and managed by our intern teams
Attending startup events and talking to founders and other people in the startup ecosystem who contribute to the Boston Founders’ Short List
Collaborate with the Companyon team to create new content pieces for our blog and newsletter
Take the lead on web design, graphic design, and copywriting for our platform team online presence
The overarching goal is to build brand awareness as thought leaders and produce valuable content that is helpful to the startup ecosystem as a whole. How we achieve that goal will be based on our conversations with you and playing to your strengths and interests. You’ll be working with interns from other schools who also share an interest in the Boston startup ecosystem.
We are investing in some of the most exciting tech-enabled startups in Boston. In addition, to providing capital, our Platform Team rolls up their sleeves and help the founders we back execute on their vision.
We are a small company, so you’ll be working directly with the firm’s seasoned leadership which includes former successful entrepreneurs and C-level executives. By the end of the summer, you’ll have an inside view of the Boston startup world. You’ll also have to opportunity to attend the many exciting startup events in Boston to pick up new skills and network. We are based out of the CIC in downtown Boston just a short walk from the Emerson campus. We have loads of free snacks, food, and unlimited m&m’s. That said, you will also have access to a premium gym where you can burn off said m&m’s.
